Tasks and Deliverables
T7.3 Training programme organization (M1 - M39)
Lead: HSKL
contrib: All partners
This task disseminates training material and organizes training events, providing background knowledge on key topics and documentation material of newly developed tools to the community. In addition to webinars and other digitized training material, two internal (M3: Cell manufacturing challenges, M12: MCO) and three openly advertised (M21: Online characterization, M30: BatCAT DT platform MVP, M39: Final validated BatCAT DT platform) training events will be held in person, collocated with the consortial meetings. The digitized training materials are transferred into the public domain as OER. Joint training activities are organized with BATTERY 2030+ (incl. BIG-MAP, SENSIBAT), DigiPass, and EMMC (and related projects). A mid-term strategy for uptake of content in university and further education is developed, with particular regard to the gender dimension.
T7.5 - Business model and deployment (M10 - M42)
Lead: GCL
contrib: All partners
A comprehensive LCA is carried out for LIB coin cells and vanadium-based RFBs. Using a lean business-model canvas approach, a continuously updated business plan for the DS and the DT platform is produced, considering market positioning with respect to different target segments, including DPPs for ≥2 final working products. Together with potential end users, including EAB members, GCL will determine the expected business benefits of the DT using a benefits network assessment. We will apply for a Horizon Results Booster Service: Business Plan Development to further strengthen the business plan and synchronize it with the maturity of the KERs.
