Missing to refactopr some grids flexbox for displaying filecard properly since they are horizontal higher.

[WIP]: Improving the upload feature. ALlows delete, cancel and abort. However, there are unecxpected result like sometime the uploading file is uploaded but the status remains in 'uploading' in 100%.

[REF]: deleted duplicated methods in upload.ts and utils.upload.ts. Also added sanitizeArrExtFile() function for creating a sanitized ExtFile array from ExtFleInstance array
