DRAFT: Implement the map based on react and webgrpc

Summary

This MR will introduce a react map that will replace the old map implementation in the future, especially when performance is relevant. See https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/leibniz-zmt/management/-/issues/92. It will remain a DRAFT for the time being and is not to be merged.

Focus

Point the reviewer to the core of the code change. Where should they start reading? What should they focus on (e.g. security, performance, maintainability, user-friendliness, compliance with the specs, finding more corner cases, concrete questions)?
