MAINT: use other order when checking suitable name replacements

Summary

Before, a file name would be shown in the ext_references display even if also a name (which might be more readable) exists. The default configuration is changed such that the priority is now different.

Test Environment

Unit Test. Add a file with a name and check that the name is shown and not the file name.
