ENH: add "show" option to map config

Summary

Add show option to map config.

Version-bumps the map to 0.4.1

Related to https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/leibniz-zmt/management/-/issues/41

Focus

• The show option in the config defaults to false
• The show option is only being stored locally, when the user toggles the map (with toggle_map or show_map), otherwise the config applies.
