FIX: Replace text areas if edit mode is already open

Summary

The WYSIWYG editor is now also initialized correctly when editing has already begun before the editor module is initialized.

Focus

Also replace textareas if edit_mode.app has an entity at the time the module is initialized

Test Environment

Use, e.g., Cfaed's server profile + wiki and make sure that the WYSIWYG editor is opened correctly when going directly to the editing of an article form the wiki.
