ENH: docs link in footer

Summary

• Adds a link to docs.indiscale.com in the footer.
• Makes footer parts configurable with build properties
• Removes out-dated BUILD_CUSTOM_IMPRINT build property.

Manual testing required: Start this branch with caosdb-deploy and inspect the footer.
