Summary

Add a button which shows a QR-Code to the entity.

Focus

• QR-Code generation comes from the third-party library "https://github.com/soldair/node-qrcode" (1.4.4)
• Not related to this MR: I noticed that there have been duplicate methods (getEntityId and getEntityID). I removed the former because the latter is used more frequently.

Test Environment

Manual testing doesn't require any special setup, just create an entity with the edit_mode.
