Fix zip file export

Summary

Changes I found useful while working on https://gitlab.com/linkahead/linkahead-webui/-/issues/254 ("Download files referenced in the table" fails).

• Updated a few Docker image versions
• Fixed wrong import name
• Using get_entity_by_id
• Dummy test
