FIX: auto_focus on forms without forms

Summary

For #357 (closed). Simply skip the autofocus in case of no form tags within the element on which create_show_forms is being called

Test Environment

New unit test should be sufficient. You may checkout 9c48fb07 to verify that it indeed tests https://gitlab.com/linkahead/linkahead-webui/-/issues/258.
