F query template datamodel

Florian Spreckelsen requested to merge f-query-template-datamodel into dev

Summary

For https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/umg/management/-/issues/130. Simply adds a datamodel.yml s.th. people can easily set up the necessary RT and Properties for user-based query templates

Focus

Some documentation and the new datamodel yml in tools. Is this the correct place for it?

Test Environment

Start a LinkAhead with the legacy query panel (either <=0.9.2 or disable the new one) which does not have query templates configured yet (so do not use the demo profile). Execute the command in the documentation to insert the datamodel and create a UserTemplate record. Verify that there is a query shortcut afterwards.
