Summary

For https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/leibniz-zmt/management/-/issues/169. Add a function that hides a given HTML element for certain roles.

Focus

Simply a new API function to prevent that we write this again and again whenever someone wants to have, e.g., "File System" hidden for normal users.
