Fix for https://gitlab.com/caosdb/caosdb-webui/-/issues/212

Focus

The plus sign was not escaped properly. This is easily done via encodeURIComponent.

Test Environment

Manual testing only - testing this would mean a lot of refactoring for an easy-to-fix bug.
