F default tab

Summary

• Change config format to define defaultTab: <tab-id> and preprendAllTab: (true|false) as well. prependAllTab === true means that the All tab is prepended to the tabs list. Defaults to true.
• Use the new QueryPanel instead of the plain QueryForm component (introduced in caosdb/src/caosdb-webui-core-components!3)
