DOC: Update and extend importance and inheritance

Summary

See #145 (closed). The (in-code and user) documentation of inheritance and importance of properties is fixed and updated.

Focus

specification/ReccordType has been extended and moved to rst. The in-code documentation in org/caosdb/server/entity/StatementStatus has been extended as well.
