Draft: Remove chown check and dropoffbox code

Summary

I removed:

  • server properties for sudo password and chown script
  • code for checking and running the chown script
  • code for pickup from dropoff box

Focus

The code that was removed was basically deprecated code (however, not all of the code was marked as deprecated).

Test Environment

Dropoffbox is no longer included in the clients. I assume the automated tests will do the trick.
