F document usersources

Florian Spreckelsen requested to merge f-document-usersources into dev

Summary

Just better explanation in the usersources.ini.template in the light of recent confusions regarding role names with whitespaces and how to give more than one role per user.

Focus

Is it better understandable than before?

Test Environment

No tests, just documentation. Of course, if you really want to, you can set up a fresh LinkAhead with local_users: true and play around with different group configurations.
