Create docker images with batteries included (stand-alone Jar file)

Currently, the server needs to download a number of files upon start, which takes time and bandwidth and prevents offline use. This situation should be improved, by creating a jar file which can be used as a standalone Java application.

Possible way to implement: Maven Assembly plugin.
