Add pam as dependency

Created by: Quazgar

Should pam be added as a dependency? Compiling pam_file can fail without the corresponding lib.

There is a list of requirements in README_SETUP.md but no mentioning of pam. If pam is always required, it should be listed

Dependency where? It is installed already inside Docker and there is a hint about this in caosdb-server/misc/pam_authentication/README.md. We might to move it to the main README.md though.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
