F fix types for py3.8

Summary

For https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/leibniz-zmt/management/-/issues/81. This is a fix for https://gitlab.com/caosdb/caosdb-pylib/-/issues/64.

Focus

Just uses Dict and List from typing.

Test Environment

Install a python3.8 interpreter and run tox.
