F doc test registration

Summary

For https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/f-fit/management/-/issues/80. Fix the docstrings of register_tests so that they are rendered by sphinx. Also extend them.

Focus

Do they render correctly? Are they understandable?

make doc

and look at the results in build/doc/html.
