Remove noscript and benchmark tags from to_xml output

Summary

Addresses https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/f-fit/management/-/issues/81 / https://gitlab.com/linkahead/linkahead-pylib/-/issues/89
Any noscript and benchmark tags added by the Container.to_xml() method are filtered out. to_xml and from_xml should now work together without warnings.
