Extend and fix schema for pycaosdb.ini

Gathered missing items from pycaosdb.inis for SSS and integration tests
Added them to validation schema
Make sure these ini files test completely:
- inis from SSS and integration tests
- SSS-inis of AWI and Geomar server profiles
- empty ini
Re-enabled warning
added [jsonschema] option to pylib installation in deploy
