Make pylib no-tls ready
Summary
TLS in the server is about to be deprecated (see caosdb-server#296). For testing and debugging it is still important that the pylib can communicate with the server without proxies (who do the tls in the future).
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
