Investigate/add support for Julia 1.7 and 1.8

• Checked whether there are obvious breaking changes
• Tested locally with Julia 1.7.x and 1.8.x
• Added Julia 1.7.x and 1.8.xto pipeline (if above tests fail, this pipeline step is allowed to fail for now, too)
• Either CaosDB.jl runs on both, 1.6.x, 1.7.x, and 1.8.x, or created further issues
