Summary

Part of https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/customers/leibniz-zmt/management/-/issues/88. Introduces a filter function to the generic Converter class that is implemented to filter files in a directory.

Focus

Additions to Converter and DirectoryConverter. Currently, the only functionality that is actually implemented, is to filter files that match a certain expression.

Test Environment

New unit test should be sufficient.
