FIX: Fix number of arguments in main crawler function

Summary

For #33 (closed). The caosdb-crawler command line entry point requires a main method without arguments. Alex' fix has been re-activated and integration tests have been adapted accordingly

Focus

Renaming in crawl.py and integration tests.

Test Environment

Automatic tests should be sufficient.
