TST: Make NamedTemporaryFiles Windows-compatible

Summary

Die Pipelines laufen nicht, da die F-Branch Logik nicht funktioniert. Ich habe temporär für die meisten Unittests die richtige pylib version installiert:

Daher kann davon ausgegangen werden, dass die Pipelines durchlaufen
