Extern: Source code documentation is not autogenerated and uploaded to the main webpage

Currently, these pages: https://docs.indiscale.com/caosdb-crawler/_apidoc/caoscrawler.crawl.html which are supposed to contain the source code documentation which is auto-generated by sphinx from the source code, are empty.

• Followup issues created if necessary
