Adapt to Conan 2.0 - Upgrade CMakeLists

Conan 2.0 needs a new cmake file

• how do we use protobuf, boost, etc with findpackage
• how do we compile linkahead-proto with findprotobuf?
• Adapt CMakeLists.txt for Conan 2.0, i.e. remove direct references to Conan.

FindProtobuf currently is not necessary yet as the old manual mechanism of calling the protobuf compiler and copying the files still works. We may want to switch in the future.

Follow-up issue is #82 (closed) which needs to be fixed to get the integration tests running.
