MAINT: REmove Python 3.7

Summary

For https://gitlab.indiscale.com/caosdb/internal/all/-/issues/2642. Removes support for EOL Python 3.7 and removes it from tests.

Nothing special.

Verify that unittests don't run for 3.7 anymore.
