ENH: Add links to documentation *by topic*

Summary

  • Splits the docs.indiscale.com landing page into two subsections, "Documentation by Topic" and "... by Subproject".
  • Adds direct links to (the most relevant?) special topics which are kind of "hidden" in the other repos (e.g. Query Language is particularly hard to find).

Test

Try and build with make doc. Since the other repositories are not included here, you just have to check whether the generated links make sense to you and we have to hope that everything will work once deployed.
