    • String ID

    In order to allow unambiguous access to entities among CaosDB Instances we need (globally) unique identifiers (additionally to the existing integer identifiers).

    Goal

    • String IDs exist
    • The String ID of an Entity can be displayed in all clients.
    • They can be used to retrieve an Entity
    • They can be used instead of IDs in queries.
