Repair a4doc

Currently the automatic generation of a4docs using the respective sphinx-extension is broken. Therefore the EBNF diagrams cannot be created automatically.

Using the a4 plugin from MyST resulted in errors. The RST version did not yield any error, but did not show the diagrams either.
