sphinx-tags extension for creating overviews of **multiple** tags

Currently I can create menu entries for single tags like "tutorial". It would be nice to have overviews also for (customizable) mixtures of multiple tags like: tutorial + pylib

Or even: tutorial + pylib - open_issues (for all pylib tutorials that have no open issues)
