Automatically turn URLs in properties into clickable links

Properties containing links like https://de.wikipedia.org should be automatically shown as clickable links in the webui.

@florian Typically I would propose a small extension for XSLT. Are there any (alternative) ideas with respect to the new webui and react-js approaches?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
