BUG: Adding text property to RT in edit mode inserts a weird hashsum (version string maybe?)

I remember having posted a similar issue before, but cannot find it anymore.

Steps to reproduce:

Open edit mode
New Record Type
Drag and drop a text property -> The text property now already has a weird hash sum string...

A similar problem occurs for Reference Properties which makes it even worse, because the string cannot be removed and the property cannot be added at all (because no corresponding record exists).
