Formalize requirements of WebUI features to the datamodel

Query templates (see #104 (closed)) or annotations need specific RecordTypes and Properties to be present in the data model. This is currently not checked anywhere possibly leading to strange behavior as in #104 (closed). We should formalize any requirements of features and extensions to the data model and check whether they are met.
