New text properties added to existing records are initialized with a strange hash as value

How to reproduce:
- demo.indiscale.com
- Login
- Entities -> Records
- Edit Mode
- Create New Property
- Name: "test" -> Save
- Strg + R, as long as #117 (closed) is not merged
- Drag and drop the new property over to "Nice guitar"
