DOC: Fix documentation of inheritance

Continuation of caosdb-server#145 (closed).

Pylib is lacking documentation of how and if Records inherit from their parent RecordTypes, and the pagen on RT inheritance is broken: https://docs.indiscale.com/caosdb-pylib/tutorials/Data-Insertion.html#inheritance-of-properties Also could be moved.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
