Validation of CFoods is not completed

Currently much more possibilities exist to write cfood files than specified, documented an allowed. This can possibly lead to unpredictable behaviour.

A special example are macros which can still be defined in arbitrary positions, but might be missed when expansion is needed and the definition is in the wrong place.
