XMLTextNodeConverter

Currently, XMLTextNodes can be created as children by the XMLTagConverter, but there is no possibility to convert them, because an XMLTextNodeConverter is missing.

This was done already two weeks ago as part of #167 (closed). Is there anything we need to consider here for time tracking/velocity calculation (@florian , @henrik )?
